Our Respective Leadership” is a dignified and inclusive term that embodies the reverence, discipline, and structured respect that define the command hierarchy within the Pakistan Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence. It refers to the collective leadership from the highest-ranking military officials such as the Chief of Army Staff, Chiefs of Navy and Air Force, Secretary of Defence, Corps Commanders, and General Officers down to unit commanders, departmental heads, and senior administrative figures who serve as the pillars of strength, wisdom, and direction for the military institution. This leadership is respected not just by rank, but by virtue of responsibility, integrity, and national service.
